Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Glenn Moore is one of the most prolific joke writers in the country. Within his first 10 gigs, Glenn was a finalist in So You Think You’re Funny? and a runner-up in the Chortle Student Comedy Awards. He also has experience hosting corporate awards ceremonies and performing after-dinner cabaret sets.
Glenn is a favourite at the Edinburgh Fringe, with his most recent show Love Don’t Live Here Glenny Moore receiving rave reviews before leading to a nationwide tour. This follows his critically-acclaimed Glenn, Glenn, Glenn, How Do You Like It, How Do You Like It which was nominated for Best Comedy Show in 2018.
A regular face on screen, Glenn’s television credits include Mock the Week (BBC Two), Rob Delaney’s Stand Up Central (Comedy Central) and The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2).
As a writer, Glenn has written for BBC Radio shows including The Now Show and Newsjack, as well as The Mash Report (BBC), Play to the Whistle (ITV), and Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC). His wordplay has also proven popular on Twitter with thousands of followers showing their appreciation for his witty one-liners.
Outside of comedy, Glenn can be heard every morning as part of the Dave Berry Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio.
