Award-winning comedian, writer and broadcaster Jarlath Regan has gained a reputation with the industry and audiences for his uplifting, inventive and relentlessly funny stand-up. He’s a versatile performer for both after-dinner comedy cabaret sets and for hosting corporate awards ceremonies. A firm favourite on the circuit and at the top clubs across the country, Jarlath has performed internationally at festivals including Montreal, New Zealand, Melbourne and Adelaide. Also a familiar face at the Edinburgh Fringe, Jarlath has taken eight solo shows to the festival, enjoying sell-out runs and receiving rave reviews year on year. Jarlath will tour his latest show Jarzilla across the UK and Ireland this year.

As a presenter and podcaster, Jarlath has won a legion of loyal fans through the creation of his multi-award-winning global hit podcast An Irishman Abroad. In his open and honest conversations with some of Ireland’s biggest exports, Jarlath has discussed the ups and downs of life abroad with the likes of Sir Bob Geldof, Dara Ó Briain, and Boy George.

On the small screen, Jarlath’s credits include Tonight at the Palladium (ITV), Stand up Central (Comedy Central), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC3), Last Comic Standing on NBC, and The Apprentice: You’re Fired (TV3).

Jarlath is also an outspoken advocate for equality and organ donor awareness. After donating a kidney to his brother he penned his hugely successful one man stand-up show Organ Freeman to tell his story and raise vital awareness of live donation. The critically acclaimed show sold out its runs in London and Dublin, and subsequently earned him the title of Tatler’s Comedy Man of the Year.
