Together with ARG, the prestigious acting agency that joined the group in 2012, we collectively represent an impressively varied roster of exceptional artists, many of whom are available to book for private and corporate events – from up-and-comers to household names.

Do you just manage comedians?

While Avalon is synonymous with comedy, we manage a range of different artists, including presenters and a host of famous actors represented by ARG, who are under the same roof. Even if you’re looking for a motivational speaker or a conference host, we can supply someone who fits the bill.

How do you know who is right for my event?

Our experienced in-house corporate events team know it’s important not only that your delegates are impressed and entertained, but also that the act should be appropriate for the audience and show up having done their homework. Because we are their managers, we know the artists better than anyone else and we want to make sure both you and they have a great experience. Because we talk to them directly (many times each day!) we’re able to carefully match the right artist to the right events and make sure that both parties have everything they need to make the night a success.

Can I hire an artist from the TV?

Of course – but there’s a careful matchmaking process to be done first; someone that makes you laugh on a panel show isn’t automatically the right choice for a formal dinner or press event. Give us a call to find out more about who’s best suited to your event.

How does the bookings process work?

Just let us know a bit about your audience, the aim of the event and roughly what you want to spend and we’ll put together shortlist of suitable acts that are within budget and available on the date, complete with video clips and testimonials from previous events. Once you’ve chosen your front runner, we’ll talk it through with the artist and proceed to contract. We take care of the briefing calls, riders and logistics, including booking transport. It’s an end-to-end service; from the first phone call to on-the-night support, we’re always on hand to make sure our artists deliver a truly memorable experience for your company.

How much do your artists cost?

It varies – fees depend on how many other projects the artist is working on. As a general rule, our fresher faces start at around the £2,000 mark and fees go up from there.

Can I book your artists through anyone else?

We have great relationships with a number of selected 3rd party agencies who may feature some of our talent on their websites, but if you’ve spotted anyone on our roster that looks promising it’s always best to give us a call directly.
