Book Matt Forde to bring one of the country’s most in-demand satirists, impressionists and stand-ups to your event. In 2019 alone, Matt hosted the Alternative News Desk for Channel 4’s election night coverage, chaired the One Nation Conservative leadership hustings and debated Britain’s withdrawal from the EU with Tony Blair for the Institute of Global Change. 2020 saw Matt join the cast and writing room of the brand-new Spitting Image series, voicing various lead characters including Donald Trump and Boris Johnson. Outside of television, Matt’s chart-topping podcast The Political Party enjoyed a sold-out monthly residency at Westminster’s The Other Palace for over seven years, before outgrowing that space and moving to the West End’s Duchess Theatre. Regularly featuring some of the biggest names in politics from Nigel Farage to Sadiq Khan, it has amassed over 6 million downloads and received a 2018 Best Comedy Podcast nomination from the British Podcast Awards. The show was also recently listed by ‘Mace Magazine’ as the Number 1 Political Podcast in the UK and by ‘The i’ newspaper as one of the 50 Greatest Podcasts.

Matt can also be heard on Absolute Radio presenting Saturday afternoon’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Football alongside co-host Matt Dyson. 

Following nationwide tours of his previous four shows, Matt sold out his run at the Edinburgh Festival in 2018 with one of the best reviewed shows of the festival. He returned to the Fringe in 2019 with Brexit, Pursued by a Bear, and has recently been touring the country again with his latest critically acclaimed show, Clowns To The Left Of Me, Jokers To The Right.
